Banto provides technical risk and AI governance consultancy for B2B SaaS companies, including but not limited to:

• Security and architecture review
• AI risk and governance
• Compliance readiness (SOC 2, enterprise security questionnaires)
• Infrastructure hardening
• Technical due diligence
• Fractional CISO/CTO oversight

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be agreed in a separate statement of work or proposal.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Banto Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any deliverables produced during a consultancy engagement will be assigned to the client upon full payment. Banto retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during an engagement.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms will be specified in the relevant statement of work or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue.
• All fees are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Banto's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
• Banto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the statement of work. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
